| Q10- My CHEMICALS are driving me CRAZY , can someone show me what to do in simple terms? | | Yes as part of our Chemical Delivery Program you can reguest an in home chemical lesson(in easy to understand terms)and also have a custom program designed for your Spa. A fee does apply but is well worth the investment (if we can make your water clear would you be interested?) |

| Q20- My Hot Tub is not working and I am afraid it will FREEZE, What should I do? | | Call ASAP to book a service call. Keep in mind that a large body of water takes longer to freeze than a small body of water. Draining your tub without winterizing can cause more damage than leaving it full (also the technician will not be able to test with out water). The spa will cool about 10 deg. F a day you will need to keep the equipment area warm with a small heater or a few light bulbs, be sure not to cause a fire hazard. If the water is at 100 deg. F you should be ok for a couple days, when the water gets to 60 deg. F drain out 12" and refill from the hot water tank (you can connect to the washing machine tap if required).If the hot tub will not hold water and you are forced to drain it Shop Vac inside the tub, all jets/injectors, intakes, filter area, etc until no more water will come out, then do it again to make sure, next Shop Vac pumps and heater (pumps will normally have a drain plug that can be removed and vacuumed). Besure to remove all water to prevent FREEZING. |

| Q22- My Hot Tub is NOT WORKING properly, What can I check before placing a Service Call? | | First check that your water is at the proper level. Second reset the GFIC by pressing the TEST button, wait a moment turn GFIC all the way OFF then switch to the ON position(if the GFI keeps tripping repeatedly DO NOT continue resetting there is a problem). Finally make sure the filter is clean, a dirty filter can cause the spa to stop heating. If your problem persists or comes back it is best to book a Service Call ASAP. |

| Q24- I am a new Spa Owner, What can I do to get the most life from my Tub? | | Proper maintenance will prevent wear and tear extending the life of the components. Chemicals must be maintained on a regular basis to keep the water safe and prevent damage to the equipment, just because the water is clear does not mean it is balanced(We have seen poor water eat through stainless steel). The filter needs to be rinsed weekly and cleaned in solution at least every three months. Be extra careful when handling the cover , it is usually made of foam incased in plastic, if the cover is torn or damaged the foam will begin to soak up water like a sponge and become very heavy. The tub must be drained and cleaned every three months, when refilling the hot tub always put the hose into the skimmer or intake pipe also remove filter lid(if applicable), this will help prevent air locks. The final piece advice is if the spa is not working properly it is usually cheaper to have it repaired right away before it causes further damage. |
